However, slight differences may occur, such as natural variations in vanilla or differences in the size of vanilla beans. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes. The total, including taxes and shipping fees, is calculated at checkout.<\/span><\/p>

Despite our efforts, a typographical, technical or display error may affect the price or description of a product. In such a case, Vanor\u00e9a reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts collected.<\/span><\/p>

  • Service Areas<\/b>: We ship to Quebec, across Canada, and to selected international areas, subject to availability at checkout.<\/span><\/li>
  • Fees<\/b>: Shipping fees are displayed before final checkout confirmation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Vanor\u00e9a shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including supply shortages, natural disasters, strikes, war, or logistical disruptions.<\/span><\/p>

    9. Legal Warranty (Quebec)<\/b><\/h5>

    In accordance with the <\/span>Civil Code of Qu\u00e9bec<\/b>, every product sold is covered by the <\/span>legal warranty of quality<\/b> (sections 1726 to 1730). This means that the product must:<\/span><\/p>

    • Be free from latent defects,<\/span><\/li>
    • Be fit for the purpose for which it is ordinarily intended,<\/span><\/li>
    • Conform to its description.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      If a defect occurs, the consumer may request a repair, replacement, or refund.<\/span><\/p>

      10. Return and Refund Policy<\/b><\/h5>
      • Time Limit<\/b>: You have 14 days after receipt to request a return.<\/span><\/li>
      • Product Condition<\/b>: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.<\/span><\/li>
      • Procedure<\/b>: Contact us at info@vanor\u00e9a.com to initiate a return. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.<\/span><\/li>
      • Fees<\/b>: Return shipping fees are the customer\u2019s responsibility, unless the product is defective or non-compliant.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        This commercial return policy does not limit any rights granted to consumers under applicable laws.<\/span>

        <\/span>For food safety reasons, certain opened, perishable or customized products may be excluded from returns, except in cases of defect or non-compliance.<\/span><\/p>

          Subject to applicable laws, Vanor\u00e9a\u2019s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.<\/span>
          <\/span>Natural variations inherent to artisanal or agricultural products do not constitute a defect.<\/span><\/p>

          14. Disputes<\/b><\/h5>

          Any dispute shall be governed by the laws in force in the Province of Quebec. In the event of a disagreement, mediation will be proposed before any legal proceedings are initiated.<\/span><\/p>

          Vanor\u00e9a reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The updated terms will apply to any order placed after the date of the update.<\/span><\/p>
